Sampford Arundel Sampford Arundel is a village and civil parish in Somerset, England. It is situated near Wellington and 10 miles (16.1 km) south west of Taunton. The village has a Junior School, an interesting church and an old telephone box.

Greenham Hall The main building was constructed in 1848 for Thomas Edward Clarke, a solicitor. It was acquired by the Chapman family in 1880 and was then used as a collecting point for army units during the Second World War. It is still owned by the Ayre family and became a hotel in 1985.
