Blue Town is a suburb of Sheerness on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent. It sits on the A249 Brielle Way which runs from Queenborough to Sheerness.

Sheerness Dockyard railway station was the original terminus of the Sheerness line. It was built by the Sittingbourne & Sheerness Railway and opened in 1860. The station closed for passengers in 1922, closed for freight in 1963 and the buildings were demolished in 1971.

The A250 road is a minor British A-road on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent. The route runs from Sheerness to Queenborough via Halfway.
Rushenden photo Queenborough Castle
Queenborough Castle was built on the orders of King Edward III from 1361 and named in honour his wife, Queen Philippa. It was the first concentric castle to be built in England and the only royal castle to have been new-built in England during the Late Middle Ages. The castle formed part of the country’s coastal defences until 1650 when it was declared unfit for use and was almost completely demolished shortly afterwards.

Great Mill or Ride’s Mill is a Grade II listed smock mill just off the High Street in Sheerness, Kent. It was demolished in 1924, leaving the brick base standing. It now has a new smock tower built on it as residential accommodation.
