Sobraon Barracks Sobraon Barracks is a military installation in Lincoln, England . It is currently occupied by the 160 (Lincoln) Squadron Royal Logistic Corps and Lincolnshire Army Cadet Force .

Greyfriars, Lincoln The Greyfriars, Lincoln was a Franciscan friary in Lincolnshire. The surviving building is the remains of the infirmary of the friary, built of dressed stone and brick.

Vicars’ Court, Lincoln Vicars’ Court or Vicars’ Choral in Lincoln is situated in the Minster Yard to the south of Lincoln Cathedral. It was founded as a college of priests by Bishop Sutton in the late 13th century. The great majority of the building survives (although not the hall and chapel)

St Martin’s Church, Lincoln St Martin was considered to be the patron saint of Lincoln during the Danelaw. The church is likely to have been associated with the rare St Martin silver pennies minted in Lincoln, probably before 918 A.D.

Lindum Colonia Lindum Colonia is the Latin name for the settlement which is now the City of Lincoln. It was founded as a Roman Legionary Fortress during the reign of the Emperor Nero (58–68 AD) or possibly later. The fortress became a colonia, a settlement for retired soldiers sanctioned by the Emperor. The Roman settlement also spread to the south of the river Witham in the area known as the Wigford.
