West Keal West Keal is a village and civil parish 25 miles (40 km) east of Lincoln, in the East Lindsey district. The parish includes the hamlet of Keal Cotes. In 2011 the parish had a population of 327.

Spilsby Spilsby is a market town, civil parish and electoral ward in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire. It lies at the southern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and north of the Fenlands. The population of the town was 2,336 in the 2001 census, increasing to 3,045 at the 2011 Census.
