It is one surviving circle of three that once stood aligned along an east–west axis on the hillside to the south of Carn Kenidjack.

Heamoor Heamoor (formerly Hea) (Cornish: An Hay) is a village in the civil parish of Penzance. It is situated approximately one-and-a half kilometres (just over a mile) northwest of the town centre. Drift Reservoir Drift Reservoir is 1,200 yards (1,100 m) long and covers 65 acres (26 ha) The dam is at the southern end of the reservoir and the northern end splits into north-western and north-eastern shallow arms.
