Stapleford Aerodrome Stapleford Aerodrome (ICAO: EGSG) is an operational general aviation aerodrome in the Epping Forest district of Essex, England. It is about 3.4 nautical miles (6.3 km; 3.9 mi) south of North Weald Airfield. The airfield is just within the M25, close to the junction with the M11.

Dial House, Essex Dial House is a self-sustaining anarcho-pacifist open house since 1967. The house is located in the countryside of Epping Forest in Ongar Great Park, an area covering 5-by-3 kilometres. It has been used as a base for a number of cultural, artistic, and political projects.

Hill Hall (Essex) Hill Hall is an Elizabethan mansion located in Theydon Mount near Epping, Essex. It has some of the earliest classical decoration on any surviving building in Britain. The 1969 fire destroyed most of the interiors but not a series of wall paintings on the first floor.
