Llansawel transmitting station The Llansawel television relay station was built in 1986 as a fill-in relay for UHF analogue television. It consists of a 17 m wooden telegraph pole standing on a hillside which is itself about 160 m above sea level. The transmissions are beamed southwards.

Talley Talley (Welsh: Talyllychau, historically Tal y Llychau) is a community and small village in Carmarthenshire, Wales. It is the site of the ruined Talley Abbey, a former Premonstratensian foundation destroyed in about 1536 during the Dissolution of the Monasteries.

Talley Lakes Upper and Lower Talley Lake are protected as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) They are located 7 miles (11 km) north of Llandeilo in Carmarthenshire, Wales.
