Seisyllwg Seisyllwg was a petty kingdom of medieval Wales. It is unclear when it emerged as a distinct unit, but according to later sources it consisted of the former Kingdom of Ceredigion plus the region known as Ystrad Tywi. It was the centre of power for Hywel Dda, who came to rule most of Wales.

Powys Wenwynwyn The realm was the southern portion of the former princely state of Powys which split following the death of Madog ap Maredudd in 1160. The northern portion (Maelor) went to Gruffydd Maelor and eventually became known as Powys Fadog. The southern portion (Cyfeiliog) became Powys Wenwynwynwyn after Prince Gwenwynwyn ab Owain, its second ruler.

Braich-y-Dinas Braich-y-Dinas was an extensive hillfort at the summit of Penmaenmawr, one of the northernmost peaks of the Carneddau mountain range on North coast of Wales. It was once considered the best preserved and most complete hillfort in North-West Wales, but completely disappeared in the first half of the 20th century.
