Enderby, Leicestershire Enderby is a village and civil parish in Leicestershire, on the southwest outskirts of the city of Leicester . It is first recorded as “Cossebi” in the Domesday Book in 1086 with 40 families living in the village. The village’s name probably means ‘farm/settlement of Cossa’
