Horningsea was used for pottery by the Romans and was connected with Lincoln by Car Dyke, a Roman canal. The Saxon hamlets of Eye and Clayhithe have been part of the parish since 1279. Drainage of the area began with Bottisham Lode in early medieval times.

Cambridge City Cemetery Cambridge City Cemetery is the main burial ground for the city of Cambridge in Cambridgeshire. It is to the north of the city, at the junction of Newmarket Road and Ditton Lane, near to Cambridge Airport. The cemetery also has a Jewish section, a Muslim section and a Roman Catholic section.

Chesterton, Cambridge Chesterton is a suburb in the northeast corner of Cambridge, England. It is 2.4 kilometres (1.5 mi) north of Cambridge station, on the north bank of the River Cam.

Quy Hall Quy Hall is a Grade II* listed English country house at Stow cum Quy, Cambridgeshire. Originally dating from the 15th century, it was completely remodelled in 1870. It stands in its own grounds overlooking a lake in the Quy Water.

Waterbeach Barracks The site was an RAF Station, RAF Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. It was used by the Royal Engineers, part of the British Army, from 1966 to 2013. The site closed to make way for housing in 2013.

Church of St John the Evangelist, Waterbeach The Anglican Church of St John the Evangelist (also known as St John’s Church) is the parish church of Waterbeach in Cambridgeshire. It is a grade II* listed building.
