Fradley first appeared in 12th-century records as ‘Frodeleye’, or ‘Frod’s lea’ The parish council is a joint one with Streethay. Until 1 April 2009 it was formally re-categorised as a ‘key rural settlement’

Shot at Dawn Memorial The Shot at Dawn Memorial is a monument at the National Memorial Arboretum near Alrewas, in Staffordshire, UK. It commemorates the 306 soldiers executed after courts-martial for desertion and other capital offences during World War I.

Croxall Lakes Croxall Lakes is a nature reserve in Staffordshire. The reserve is an important stop off point for a wide variety of migrating birds. The site is managed by Staffordshire Wildlife Trust and owned by National Forest Company.

Wichnor Viaduct Wichnor Viaduct is a 1,310 feet (400 m) viaduct on the former Birmingham and Derby Junction Railway line near Wychnor, Staffordshire, England now part of the Cross Country Route.

Wychnor Hall Wychnor Hall is Grade II Listed early 18th-century country house near Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, formerly owned by the Levett Family. The hall has been converted to a Country Club.

St John the Baptist’s Church, Croxall St John the Baptist’s Church, Croxall is a Grade II* listed parish church. It was built in the 1930s. It is located on the site of the Church of England.

Combined Operations Headquarters Combined Operations Headquarters was a department of the British War Office set up during Second World War. It was set up to harass the Germans on the European continent by means of raids carried out by use of combined naval and army forces.
