Manor Farm, West Challow
Manor Farm in West Challow, Oxfordshire, is Grade II listed on the English Heritage Register. It was included in Candida Lycett Green’s book The Perfect English Country House. The property was owned by many prominent people over the centuries.
Wantage Tramway
Wantage Tramway Company was formed in 1873 to link Wantage Road station with its terminus at Mill Street, Wantage. The line was built parallel to what was then the Besselsleigh Turnpike, now the A338. The tramway closed to passengers in 1925 and to goods traffic in 1945.

Segsbury Camp
Segsbury Camp is an Iron Age hill fort on the crest of the Berkshire Downs, near Wantage, in the Vale of White Horse district of Oxfordshire. The fort has extensive ditch and ramparts and four gateways. Excavation at the site by Dr Phené in 1871 discovered a cist grave on the south side of the hill fort rampart.
