Tring Park Mansion Tring Park Mansion or Mansion House is a large country house in Tring, Hertfordshire. Originally designed by Christopher Wren in the 1680s, the house was considerably expanded in the 1780s and again in the 1880s. The house was used, and from 1872 owned, by members of the Rothschild family from 1838 to 1945.
Goldfield Mill, Tring Goldfield Mill or Grover’s Mill is a Grade II listed tower mill at Tring, Hertfordshire, England. It has been converted to residential accommodation.
Natural History Museum at Tring The Natural History Museum at Tring was the private museum of Lionel Walter, 2nd Baron Rothschild. It houses one of the finest collections of stuffed mammals, birds, reptiles and insects in the UK.
Aston Hill Mountain Bike Area Aston Hill Bike Park is located adjacent to Wendover Woods on the ridge of the Chiltern Hills, above Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire. Hawridge Windmill Hawridge Windmill is a disused tower mill in Hawridge, Buckinghamshire. The mill was constructed on the site of an earlier smock mill and became a private residence in 1913 when the writer Gilbert Cannan used it as a studio.
Cholesbury Camp Cholesbury Camp is a large and well-preserved Iron Age hill fort. It is roughly oval-shaped and covers an area, including ramparts, of 15 acres (6.1 ha) The fort is of the multivallate type, in other words having two or more lines of concentric earthworks. It was previously, though erroneously, attributed to the Danes and until the early 20th century was known locally as “The Danish Camp”
Church of St Peter and St Paul, Tring The Church of St Peter and St Paul is an Anglican church in Tring, Hertfordshire, and in the Diocese of St Albans. The building is Grade I listed. It was extensively restored in the late 19th century.
