Burnham Deepdale Burnham Deepdale is a village on the north coast of Norfolk. It is in the civil parish of Brancaster, along with the village Staithe. The three villages form a more or less continuous settlement along the A149.

The shingle and sand island appears to have originated from a former spit extending from the coast. It supports internationally important numbers of breeding Sandwich and little terns, and nationally significant populations of common and Arctic terns.
