Bourne End’s original location differed from today’s established village centre, and was a half-mile downstream on the River Thames. The name refers to the end of the river, and derived from the mouth of the River Wye. It was noted in the 19th century that the name had been corrupted to “Bone End”

Westhorpe House Westhorpe House is a 31,937 square feet (2,967.0 m) Grade II listed building near Little Marlow. It is believed to have once been the home of Field marshal Sir George Nugent.

Sol Studios Sol Studios is a recording studio located in Cookham, Berkshire, England. The property was bought in 1974 by Gus Dudgeon, and the studio was built in the following year. Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page bought the studio in 1988. HSH Music, a partnership of Rod Halling, Roy Shipston and Simon Holmes, purchased the studio. They redeveloped it into over the next two years into a commercial three-studio complex.
