Yapton history
The disused Portsmouth and Arundel Canal which linked nearby the River Arun to Chichester Harbour runs through the village. Tortington
Tortington is a small village in the Arun District of West Sussex. It lies 1.6 miles (2.6 km) southwest of Arundel (where the population taken at the 2011 Census was included)
