Moredun Moredun is a district in the south-east of Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. It is east of Liberton, while Craigour is situated just to its north. The estate of Gut-tres or Goodtrees was the family home of James Stewart. It was acquired in 1923 to convert into a convalescent home for ex-servicemen.

Musselburgh Links Musselburgh Links, The Old Golf Course, is one of the oldest golf courses in the world. It is currently a publicly owned course, administered by East Lothian Council. The course has nine holes and is a par 34.

Pinkie House Pinkie House is located in Musselburgh, East Lothian, Scotland. The house dates from the 16th century, was substantially enlarged in the early 17th century. It is not far from the site of the disastrous Battle of Pinkie Cleugh, fought in 1547.

Newhailes House Newhailes House is a Palladian style country house which stands in 80 acres of parkland in East Lothian, Scotland. Originally named Whitehills, it is a Category A listed building which is now occupied by the National Trust for Scotland.

Portobello Swim Centre Edinburgh’s only authentic and publicly available turkish bath, one of three remaining in Scotland. The salt water baths were completed in 1901. It has been given Category A listed building status by Historic Environment Scotland.

Portobello Open Air Pool Portobello Open Air Pool was opened on 30 May 1936 at a cost of £90,000. The pool was opened at the cost of a total of £80,000 at the time.
