Nansledan history


Nansledan was started in 2013 and initially attracted the nickname Surfbury. The 540-acre (220 ha) estate had 300 homes sited on it in Summer 2020, by 2043, nearly 4,000 homes are planned to be on the site. The first residents moved into the new town in 2015 and it is intended to have a High Street, shops and a school.
