The parish was part of the Winterstoke Hundred. It was one of the Hundred Hundred. The parish is now known as Winterstoke. It is now home to a large population of people.

Monk’s Steps (also known as St Kew’s Steps) are an ancient set of stone steps leading from St Paul’s church up through the woods on Monk’s Hill. Although the origins of the steps are unknown, the presence of man in the adjacent woodland on Worlebury Hill can be traced back to the Iron Age.

Sand Bay Management Committee is keeping a close eye on the conditions of the salt marsh and the sand dunes. Being in places only 6 metres above sea level, the settlements of Kewstoke and Sand Bay are prone to flooding.

Castle Batch Castle Batch was a fortification at Worle that once stood overlooking the town of Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, England.

Victoria Methodist Church Victoria Methodist Church is a Methodist church in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. The original church of 1899-1900 was destroyed by fire in 1934. It was replaced by the current church, which was designed by Fry, Paterson and Jones.

Weston-super-Mare Town Hall Weston-super-Mare Town Hall is the headquarters of North Somerset Council. The building is a Grade II listed building. It is located in Walliscote Grove Road in Somerset.

Ellenborough Park, Weston-super-Mare Ellenborough Park is situated in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, England. The western half of the park is of significant biodiversity interest. The eastern half contains a play area for local children, which was opened in 2005. Ellenborough was the subject of a significant legal case in 1955 which determined criteria for easements in English property law.

University Centre Weston University Centre Weston, also known as UCW, is based in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. The centre was formed by Weston College in 2016 following the college’s announcement of university centre status with UWE Bristol and Bath Spa University in November 2015.

Dismaland Dismaland was a temporary art project organised by street artist Banksy in Weston-super-Mare. Pop-up exhibition at the Tropicana, a disused lido, opened in August 2015 and closed on 27 September 2015. Banksy described it as a “family theme park unsuitable for children”

Clarence Park, Weston-super-Mare Clarence Park was given to the town of Weston-super-Mare by Rebecca Davies in memory of her husband. The cricket pavilion at the park dates from 1882. The ground is owned by the local council and is currently used by Westlands Cricket Club.
