Saron Baptist Chapel, Carmarthenshire Saron is a Baptist chapel in the community of Llandybie, Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. Services at Saron are conducted in the Welsh language.

Llyn Llech Owain Llyn Llech Owain is a shallow lake with an area of 3.5 hectares (8.6 acres) which gives its name to the country park in which it sits. It is also a Site of Special Scientific Interest which was designated in 1993. The park is near the town of Gorslas with its entrance on Church Road, Carmarthenshire.

Gweunydd Glan-y-glasnant Gweunydd Glan-y-glasnant is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in Carmarthenshire, Wales. It was designated in 1993 for its botanical features.

Caeau Ffos Fach Caeau Ffos Fach is a Site of Special Scientific Interest in Carmarthen & Dinefwr, Wales. Part of the SSSI is a nature reserve owned by the charity Butterfly Conservation. The marsh fritillary is a rare and legally protected butterfly species.

Carmel transmitting station The Carmel transmitting station is located half a mile (0.8km) SSW of the village of Carmel in Carmarthenshire. It has been broadcasting terrestrial TV and radio services since the mid-1970s. Places as far away as Merthyr Tydfil and the north Devon coast can receive signals from Carmel.

Llanfihangel Aberbythych Llanfihangel Aberbythych is a community in Carmarthenshire, Wales. The population recorded at the 2011 census was 1,344. The name is taken from St Michael’s Church, which dates from 1849, at Golden Grove (Welsh: Gelli Aur)
