Penyrheol, Caerphilly Penyrheol is a residential area (and electoral ward) of Caerphilly, Wales. It is often spelt as Pen-yr-heol by the local community. At the 2011 census the population of the community was 12,537.

Gwernydomen Halt railway station Gwernydomen Halt railway station (sometimes spelt Gwern-y-Domen) was a small rural halt in South Wales, northeast from Caerphilly. It operated until 1956.

Mynydd y Grug Mynydd y Grug is a hill lying just west of the village of Cwmfelinfach and about 4 km to the northeast of Caerphilly. Its summit was formerly at a height of around 358 m, but since the top has been covered by a large spoil heap and landscaped its height has now increased to 375 m.

St James’s Church, Rudry St James’s Church, Rudry is an historic Anglican church in the village of Rudry in the Diocese of Monmouth. It was built in the 18th century.
