Cambrian Mills Cambrian Mills was a complex of woollen mill buildings in Newtown, Powys, Wales, that operated from 1856 to 1912. At one time the mill complex was the largest woollen manufacturer in Wales.

Dolforwyn Castle Dolforwyn Castle was established by Llywelyn ap Gruffudd, Prince of Gwynedd in the late 13th century. It is sited on a wooded ridge commanding excellent views of the upper Severn Valley.

Kerry is sited about 3 miles to the S E of Newtown, which suggests there may have been a church on the site since the 7th century. Fronfraith Hall Fronfraith Hall is a mid-Victorian house in the historic parish of Llandyssil in the shire area of Montgomeryshire in Powys. The present house was built in 1863 under the supervision of the Shrewsbury architect James Pickard.
