Ingoldmells history
Ingoldmells is a Grade I listed building dedicated to Saint Peter and Saint Paul and dating from 1200. The chancel was demolished in 1706, and the church was restored in 1858 and 1892. During the Second World War it was a Chain Home Low radar station providing low-altitude short-range warning.
