About Broughty Ferry
Broughty Ferry is located four miles east of Dundee on the north bank of the Firth of Tay. The area was a separate burgh from 1864 until 1913, when it was incorporated into Dundee. It is administered as part of the Dundee City council ward. Several road and rail routes are located within the area.
